If you don’t feel like making all the effort required to make one but still want to eat pie, then this peach galette is a perfect option.

If you don’t have or don’t feel like using a food processor, you may create this recipe by hand. For me, using my food processor is the easiest and most sensible option.

Pie dough should not store in the refrigerator for more than two days and less than one hour. - Watch out not to overfill the galette. I find it helpful to mark the edge of the filling with a pie plate (I explain how to do this in the recipe below). Filling may seep out of the galette while baking if you pour too much filling into it, and the crust may not bake evenly.
- Sprinkle sugar on top of the pie. You may give the pie crust a beautiful golden-brown color and a sweet, crunchy finish. That is aesthetically pleasing and delicious by sprinkling sugar over the top of the crust.
